Divaldo Pereira Franco

Divaldo Pereira Franco , one of the greatest Spiritist speakers, is also a medium writer and an educator. He was born in Feira de Santana, a small town in northeast Brazil, in the state of Bahia, and since early childhood he displayed clairvoyance and clairaudience and played with invisible friends.
He began his labor of love for those in need in 1947 when, along with his friend Nilson Pereira, they founded “Caminho da Redenção” Spiritist Center.
In 1952 he began a life of devotion to the caring for orphaned children with the establishing of Mansão do Caminho, as he was told to do through his mediumship.
Since then hundreds of adoptive sons and daughters have been raised in the system of foster homes at Mansão do Caminho. As time passed “Mansão do Caminho” has become a very large educational institution complex which provides guidance to thousands of children and teenagers everyday – all free of charge.
As a speaker, Divaldo always addresses issues of importance for the human being in its search for enlightenment.
He has ministered thousands of lectures, seminars and conferences in hundreds of cities worldwide including Europe, Americas, Africa and Asia.
Divaldo Franco has also spoken for the United Nations, lectured in universities throughout the world, and done interviews to various TV and radio stations.
As a medium writer Divaldo has co-authored more than 200 books through pschography — also known as automatic writing. Of those, approximately 100 have been translated into 15 different languages.
More than 217 spiritual writers have authored messages through his mediumship, among them Joanna de Angelis his spiritual mentor. Mr Franco has also written messages in languages he did not know, such as German, Italian, Castilian, Afrikaans and even backwards English and French.
His works have sold millions of copies, all of its proceeds going to help maintain Mansão do Caminho.
